Joel Broder is the managing member of Visiquest Properties, LLC. His real estate career spans over 25 years and three real estate cycles. Over the years, Mr. Broder has earned an industry reputation for his creativity, technical knowledge, integrity, and vision.
Throughout his career Mr. Broder has dedicated himself to education and learning his craft from the bottom up. Beginning in 1981, he obtained a real estate sales license and began a part-time internship with the Jaren Corporation. In 1982 Mr. Broder earned his real estate degree (summa cum laude) from Arizona State University and became a licensed real estate broker in 1985. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Broder earned his MBA from ASU (with a specialization in taxation).
The succeeding years saw "hands-on" work developing, managing and marketing apartments, shopping centers, business parks and single-family communities. From 1988 to 1994, Mr. Broder was a V.P. at Communities Southwest (Denro) where among his various responsibilities he developed planned communities for home builders. From 1996 to 2001 as S.V.P., he ran the land department at Richmond American Homes of Arizona. During that time he acquired and/or developed over 6,500 lots totaling over $250 million.

Tina
Johnston is the Chief Financial Officer of Visiquest Properties,
LLC. She is responsible for financial reporting, maintaining banking
relationships, providing financial support & analysis for current
and future projects, and managing technology initiatives.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Arizona State
University in 1990 and became a Certified Public Accountant in the
State of Arizona in 1993. Her professional career spans over 17
years, primarily in the homebuilding and land development
industries.
Tina’s first exposure to homebuilding and land development began
with the publicly traded master-plan developer, Del Webb
Corporation, where she spent nearly 10 years. Here she gained
valuable experience from the ground up in all aspects of finance and
accounting. Her reputation as a team player, her technical skills,
and her dedication to exceeding expectations provided her with many
advancement opportunities. When Pulte Corporation purchased Del Webb
in 2001, Tina continued her tenure and held the position of Director
of Finance for the Del Webb Group.
In 2002, she decided to start her own company (Envision Finance)
and became a financial consultant, working with local and national
builders and developers. From 2004 to 2005 she was the VP of Finance
for the Phoenix Division of Richmond American Homes. Thereafter, she
returned to her financial consulting business, assisting
homebuilders and developers with financial reporting, budgeting,
forecasting, and acquisition & disposition strategies.

Margarita Gascon is the executive assistant to Joel Broder
and Tina Johnston at Visiquest Properties, LLC. She began her career with Visiquest in May 2006.
Her past work experience which spans over 20 years, includes positions at several large corporations such as JDA Software, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Levi Strauss & Co., and Pennzoil. She is known for her high energy, resourcefulness, attention to detail and a commitment to the success of the organization. Additionally, Margarita is fluent in Spanish.

James Hatch is our acquisition intern and the newest member of our team, serving to research land acquisition opportunities that meet the criteria for developing smaller, attached residential, in-fill and lifestyle communities in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
James is finishing a bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University in Housing and Community Development. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Arizona. James was born and raised in Phoenix, providing him with an understanding of the dynamic housing market in the Valley. His goal is to positively affect the growth of his home town by effectively planning and developing new projects to benefit the economy, community and environment.
Prior to joining Visiquest Properties, James worked as project engineer at Rummel Construction overseeing housing and resort development by Pulte Homes and DMB. Additionally, he worked at Free Office as a commercial sales agent managing the procurement and placement of new tenants.
